PHP 5.4

Please note that PHP on the server has been upgraded to 5.4. If you are running WordPress, Drupal, or any other PHP-based system, please review for compatibility and upgrade/update any frameworks and plug-ins accordingly. We have lagged behind PHP updates, and will be playing a little bit of catch-up. We will updating once again to PHP 5.5 on November 15th. We will remain on PHP 5.5 until July, 2016.
